4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide Free Shipping Across India for most products unless stated otherwise.
Delivery timelines typically range from 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, logistics, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, and Urban Recliner will not be held liable for such delays.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Any failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Installation & Support

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be accepted if the product has already entered manufacturing, packaging, or shipping stages.
For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Urban Recliner offers a 30-Day Return Policy for approved cases.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged product received
✅ Incorrect product delivered
Returns will not be accepted for:
❌ Color/fabric choice mismatches after delivery
❌ Normal wear & tear or misuse
❌ Custom or made-to-order products
Once the return is approved, a pickup will be scheduled, and refunds will be processed after product inspection.

8. Warranty

Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear & tear.
