Shipping Coverage
Urban Recliner offers doorstep delivery across India, covering Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities, subject to the serviceability of the PIN code.
Delivery Timeline
Minimum Delivery Time: 7 working days
Maximum Delivery Time: 15 working days
Applicable to all serviceable pin codes across India
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization, location, and logistics conditions
Order Processing & COD Policy
All orders are processed only after successful order placement
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products and pin codes
For COD orders, shipment will be initiated only after order confirmation
A confirmation/advance amount, clearly mentioned at checkout, must be approved before dispatch
COD orders are confirmed via call, message, or email
Failure to confirm the COD advance may result in order cancellation without notice
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at the time of checkout
Custom-made/custom orders may carry additional delivery charges as applied by transportation partners
All delivery-related information shown during checkout shall be considered final
Doorstep Delivery
All products are delivered to the customer’s doorstep at the provided address for serviceable pin codes.
Insurance & Inspection Policy
All shipments are insured up to the lobby / ground-floor entrance of the building or society
Insurance does not cover movement beyond the lobby, due to uncertainties related to:
Lift availability
Staircase width
Service elevators
Society or building regulations
Customers must inspect the outer packaging at the lobby at the time of delivery
If the packaging is torn, damaged, or tampered with, the same must be mentioned on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing
Proof of Delivery (POD) & Legal Disclaimer
Once the POD is signed without remarks, the product is considered delivered in good condition
Urban Recliner is not responsible for any damage, defect, or issue reported after POD is signed
Any visible damage, transit issue, or defect must be reported at the time of delivery before signing the POD
Claims raised after POD confirmation will not be accepted under any circumstances

If you require delivery by a specific date (events or urgent needs), please contact our support team before placing the order.
We will confirm feasibility in advance. Orders that cannot be fulfilled within the requested timelines may be politely declined.
