1. 30-Day Return & Replacement Guarantee

Customers may raise a return or replacement request within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the product meets our eligibility requirements.

Urban Recliner accepts return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product, model, size, or color received

  • Missing parts, accessories, or components

  • The product does not match the description or specifications mentioned on the website

  • Any proven manufacturing defect or functionality issue


2. Product Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:

✔ Must be unused and in original condition
✔ Must not have stains, scratches, tears, odors, or signs of misuse
✔ Must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
✔ Must include original invoice and warranty documents (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Urban Recliner reserves the right to refuse returns in the following scenarios:

✖ Product is used, worn out, altered, or tampered with
✖ Damage caused due to incorrect installation, mishandling, or negligence
✖ Missing original packaging, accessories, tags, or invoice
✖ Return request raised after 30 days from delivery
✖ Damage caused by external factors, such as pets, sharp objects, liquid spills, and fire.


4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return request is approved and the product passes quality inspection:

  • Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days

  • The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account

  • Refund confirmation will be notified via email or SMS


5. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we will initiate:

✔ Free replacement with zero additional cost
✔ Free pickup of the defective or damaged item
✔ Replacement delivery at no extra charge

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.


6. Product Pickup & Inspection

  • Once your request is approved, our logistics team will schedule a pickup

  • Our quality team may request supporting images or videos for verification

  • The product will undergo a mandatory quality check before refund or replacement approval
